We are delighted to announce the formation of Roxy’s Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. The Foundation’s mission is to bring live theater to Wichita and the surrounding area through partnerships with centers of learning, charitable organizations and other groups, exposing them to the arts. The Foundation will fund special projects, programs and artists in an effort to expand and enhance the experience for patrons and artists.

What does that mean? It means the Foundation will fund things like providing tickets and transportation for underserved students to see a show, provide the ability to stream live shows to schools, senior living centers and those unable to attend in person. Fund internships at Roxy’s for high school and college students, and bring major artists/conductors to Wichita to teach masters classes to local actors/musicians.

The Foundation is governed by the volunteer Board of Directors listed to the right. Every dollar contributed to the Foundation is tax deductible and used to fund programs that serve the mission.
