Roxy’s Downtown Theatre, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization which means all donations made out to the Roxy’s Downtown Theatre, Inc. are 100% tax deductible! Monthly sustainers and one time donations of $100 or more will be acknowledged in our playbills for the 12 months following the date of your donation.

Sponsorships

Our sponsors, like our donors, enable us to continue to provide quality theatre year round to the city of Wichita and our surrounding region. Sponsorships are not tax deductible, which means Roxy’s can offer an exchange of goods to show our appreciation for your sponsorship. Interested in becoming a sponsor? Show Starter - ($5,000)

• 100 ticket vouchers to be used throughout the season in any combination with our season productions. ($4,200 value)

• Your logo on the sponsorship page of the Roxy’s website. 

• Listed as a sponsor in all playbills, newsletters, emails, and pre-show announcements for the production of your choosing.  

• A static projection ad displayed before the show and during intermission for the entire run of 5 productions of your choosing.

• Total value of $6,700

Show Sponsor - ($15,000)

• 300 ticket vouchers to be used throughout the season in any combination with our season productions. ($12,600)

• 24 ticket vouchers to be used throughout the season in combination with any performances and events outside of our regular season productions. ($600)

• Your logo on the sponsorship page of the Roxy’s website. 

• Listed as a sponsor in all playbills, newsletters, emails, and pre-show announcements for the production of your choosing.  

• Advertising during the entire season, which includes both a 1/2 page ad in our program and a static ad projected before the show and during intermission. ($6,000)

• Total value of $19,200

Show Producer ($25,000)

• 450 ticket vouchers to be used throughout the season in any combination with our season productions. ($18,900)

• 48 of ticket vouchers to be used throughout the season in combination with any performances and events outside of our regular season productions. ($1,200)

• Recognition in all print materials, Roxy’s emails, our monthly newsletter, on our website, and listed as a sponsor in each playbill for the entire season.

• Advertising during the entire season, which includes a full page ad in our program and a static ad projected before the show and during intermission. ($7,500)

• Your sponsorship verbally acknowledged in the pre-curtain speech before each show for the entire season. 

• Private performance of a production inside Roxy’s Downtown of your choosing ($6,300)

• Total value of $33,900

The Encore Society

Ensure that the show will go on with a planned gift to Roxy’s Downtown Theatre. You can reprise your support after you are gone by naming Roxy’s Downtown Theatre Inc. as a beneficiary in your will or estate plan. Your legacy and story will be forever part of the stories shared on stage at Roxy’s Downtown Theatre. To be listed in our program as a member of The Encore Society, please let us know when you have added Roxy’s Downtown Theatre to your estate beneficiaries.
